How long does shipping take and what does it cost?
We commit to 7 business days in central Israel and 14 business days elsewhere in the country, counted from the day after your payment is confirmed. Shipping is ₪35 — and with our launch offer, every order over ₪150 ships free.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. You can return an undamaged product in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt, under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. We're happy to help swap a model or color.
Is there a warranty?
Every product comes with a full warranty. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
How do I know a case fits my exact model?
On every product page you pick your exact model (e.g. iPhone 16 Pro or Galaxy S24 Ultra) and the photo changes to the case cut for it, so you can check before paying. You can also search your model in the shop and see only what fits.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment happens on a secure page hosted by SUMIT, our payment processor — your card details go straight to them, never through our servers, and we never store them.
