The Katz Mobile Market website (the "Site") is operated by Katz Mobile, a licensed sole trader (עוסק מורשה) VAT no. 203735204, of HaDekel 133, Shetulim, Israel. Use of the Site and purchases made on it are subject to these terms.

Browsing and using the Site constitute your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Products and prices

The Site offers mobile phone accessories for sale. Images are illustrative and the actual product may vary slightly.

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. We may update prices and promotions from time to time. The binding price is the one shown at the time the order is completed.

Placing an order

An order is considered complete only after payment is approved. We may decline an order in cases of stock shortage, pricing error or suspected misuse.

Warranty and liability

Products are supplied with a manufacturer/supplier warranty as detailed on the product page. The warranty does not cover reasonable wear or damage caused by improper use.

Miscellaneous

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Southern District of Israel.
