How long does shipping take and what does it cost?
We commit to 7 business days in central Israel and 14 business days elsewhere in the country, counted from the day after your payment is confirmed. Shipping is ₪29 — and with our launch offer, every order over ₪100 ships free.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. You can return an undamaged product in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt, under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. We're happy to help swap a model or color.
Is there a warranty?
Every product comes with a full warranty. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
How do I know a case fits my exact model?
You can search your exact model right in the shop (e.g. iPhone 16 Pro or Galaxy S24 Ultra) and we'll show only what fits it. On the product page you also pick the exact model before adding to cart.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment happens on a secure page hosted by SUMIT, our payment processor — your card details go straight to them, never through our servers, and we never store them.
